Seiring perkembangan bisnis dan kondisi saat ini di BKJ/Balai Kopi Jogokariyan, kami merasa perlu melakukan penyegaran strategi bisnis.
Untuk itu, adik kami Tomo yang mempunyai usaha di Purwokerto, kami ajak ke BKJ untuk belajar menyeduh kopi dari Jay, barista BKJ yang paling berpengalaman.
Siapa tahu kedai kopi yang kami rencanakan untuk dibuka di Purwokerto, bisa sukses seperti di Balai Kopi Jogokariyan, aamiin, in syaa Allah.
Udah lama rasanya gak pergi berduaan aja. Weekend ini kami pun menumpang KA Gajayana menuju Yogyakarta, janjian dengan Qodja, Ingga dan Tomo yang berangkat dari Purwokerto untuk membicarakan kelangsungan kedai Balai Kopi Jogokariyan.

Pagi ini gw dan bang Zano mengambil gambar untuk video ucapan 100 tahun Mitsuboshi di pabrik PT Seiwa Indonesia di MM2100 Cibitung.
Acara ini diikuti ol whsekitar 65 karyawan dan direksi PT Seiwa Indonesia, yang membentuk formasi human banner segitiga dengan angka 100 di bawahnya.
Pengambilan video berlangsung kurang dari 2 jam dan hasilnya pun akan ditayangkan di Mitsuboshi Headquarters di Jepang.

Today I am supervising the cutting stickers work in Balai Kopi Jogokariyan. We ordered 4 stickers to be placed in front door and side window.

My first time to see all the system works here in Balai Kopi Jogokariyan. So relieving to hear the coffee machine brewing, pushing the steam up and barista keep busy with her job to serve the guests tonight.
I love it. And already said Alhamdulillah, I am.
This is our dream. As a coffee lover, we were eager to have our own coffee shop. And after couple of months preparing to realize our dream, officially tonight is the night I meet the barista of Balai Kopi Jogokariyan.
We purchased a Simonelli coffee machine and also have them trained how to use it.
The instructor is coming from Surabaya, he has been experiencing 12 years in this coffee industry.
